Ads are available in the Conference Brochure, which will be distributed to all attendees of the conference.

Ad Sizes Available: Full Page Ad Rate: $500 for an 8.5 X 11 ad.
Half Page Ad Rate: $250 for a 8.5 x 5.5 ad.
Please submit a full color, 300 dpi pdf.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at the following levels:

Diamond - $10,000

Includes 12 attendee passes, a full page ad on the inside front cover or back cover, company logo featured prominently on all printed materials, company logo on conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Includes an invitation to a private thank you reception at the Intercontinental Hotel for sponsors and speakers on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 5 PM. Includes free self parking.

Platinum - $7,500

Includes 9 attendee passes, a full page ad in a front location in the conference brochure, company listed as a sponsor at appropriate level on all printed materials, company logo on conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Gold - $5,000
