Advertising Information

Ads are available in the Conference Brochure, which will be distributed to all attendees of the conference.

Ad Sizes Available: Full Page Ad Rate: $500 for an 11 x 8.5 ad.
Half Page Ad Rate: $250 for a 5 x 4 ad.
Copy will be due by December 1, 2010.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at the following levels:

Diamond - $15,000

Includes twelve attendee passes, a full page ad in a prominent location in the conference brochure, company listed as a sponsor on all printed materials, company logo on conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Tables will be available to display company information. There are three sponsorships available at this level as they sponsor major social events. The Monday Night reception is the only one remaining.

Platinum - $7,500

Includes seven attendee passes, a full page ad in a front location in the conference brochure, company listed as a sponsor at appropriate level on all printed materials, company logo on conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Tables will be available to display company information.

Gold - $5,000

Includes five attendee passes, a full page ad in the conference brochure, company listed at appropriate sponsorship level on all printed materials, company logo on conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Tables will be available to display company information.

Bronze - $2,500

Includes three attendee passes, a full page ad in the conference brochure, company listed at appropriate sponsorship level on all printed materials, company logo on the conference website, event day brochure and signage at the event. Tables will be available to display company information.

Copper - $1,000

Includes two attendee passes, company listed at appropriate sponsorship levels on all event materials and on general signage at the event.
